Despite massive renovations which they were clear about from the get-go, it was clean and comfortable and had all the services we wanted, including great front desk staff. We were traveling with a dog for the first time and they are extremely welcoming. And bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed walking with the dog around the wetlands terrain also.

I liked the large rooms.- I used the kitchen. Staff at front desk was great. I think wiping down the cabinets in the bathroom would help. Thick layer of dust. Remote to tv was on the floor when I arrived. These are small issues overall. I felt safe and comfortable. Oh - was difficult to find the entrance. Had to do a U turn - no fix for that. Oh - room was quiet. I could barely here traffic, which was great

Room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great, lots of quality options. The staff were all very personable and lovely. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchenette, and the room felt cozy.

Friendly and helpful staff, restaurant on site technically opened for dinner but accepted lunch orders (nice touch), they charge for parking but it's secured parking, nice pool and small gym facility. Breakfast buffet was nicely maintained. Right off 405 which is great, and there's a backway in from the nearest 520 exit (for when 405 is not great).

The location was great. The hotel was very close to downtown Bellevue and easy access to a major highway. The morning breakfast was great with some options, hot and cold meals. And you can make your own waffles.

Got upgraded on arrival to a larger room which was so unexpected but very sweet! The front desk agent saw I was traveling with my two teens so changed us from a king room with a pullout couch to a two bedroom with a pullout couch. We would have been fine in the smaller room but the extra space was greatly appreciated.

The room for the price was amazing! I thought it was really cool they have a game room with a pool table. The location is great to quickly jump on the freeway and head over to Seattle.

There are no clocks in the room. And phone volume was low and unable to turn up. I have a hearing disability and these things caused a problem for me as I need a 4:30 wake-up call and couldn't hear the phone and had no clock to see from bed in the middle of the night. This is an issue.
